Complete refurbishment of the leisure centre plan room. Decommissioning of the existing LPG boiler pant and installation of split air source heat pump plant with advance management system optimised for the leisure centre. All parts of the heating distribution system in the leisure centre was optimised to work efficiently with the ASHP plant.
No work was required outside the LC plant room.
The entire system has been online monitored and data logged. Used energy has been monitored for the entire plant room. Energy savings are exceeding 70%. The entire plant room is futureproofed for next 15–20 Years.

- Integrated BMS for the entire plant room
- Back up condensing gas boilers controlled by heat pump controls
- Desuperheaters for DHW heating
- Dantherm AHU weather compensation for maximum heat pump efficiencies
On this Project MasterTherm also worked alongside Solar Evolution to deliver a Solar Farm on the roof of Randles Hotel.
